The platform tlcengineeringsolutions.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides technical consulting, financial audit, and specialized training services in the field of industrial engineering and complex infrastructure. Services include capital cost evaluation, technical risk management, and maintenance budget optimization, according to specifications agreed upon with each client.
The User undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. The Provider (TLC Engineering Solutions) undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, respecting industry standards. Any change to the scope of services will be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
The Provider assumes no liability for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits that exceed the total value of services provided in the last 12 months. Recommendations offered are based on data provided by the client and do not constitute absolute guarantees regarding financial or technical results.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with a 30 calendar day notice, by written notification to the email address info@tlcengineeringsolutions.com. In case of non-fulfillment of essential obligations, the contract may be terminated immediately.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified 15 days before the changes take effect, via email or by publication on the Platform. Continued use after modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
Fees are established based on project complexity and are invoiced according to the contract. Refunds are possible only in case of non-provision of services due to the sole fault of the provider, within 14 days of the request. No refunds are granted for training services already delivered.
